Poor Guy. Too bad he didn't have Outboard Power. Outboards are not located inside the bilge area. Trapped gasoline fumes after refueling and failure to run the bilge blowers on this inboard powered vessel resulted in this costly blunder. Luckily no one was seriously injured.
